Order Learn To Relax, an 80-minute CD that will take you, step-by-step, through the process of relaxation. The CD consists of 2 sessions of, approximately, 20 minutes each. Track 1 will guide you along with lots of easy-to-follow instruction. Track 2 offers a little more freedom for you to practice the technique. Also included are several tracks of original music, by Joel Smith, by which you can practice your new stress-management skill.
The goal of the Learn To Relax CD is to teach you to soothe your mind and body so that you can call upon the technique whenever you feel the need to consciously relax and reduce the effects of stress.
